Do I have to be a registered member to place an order?

No.  You can submit your order even if you are not a registered member.  Registering is helpful when you place multiple orders with us.  Your registration information can be used to quickly fill in your shipping and billing address information.  You can also easily track multiple orders with us more easily when you have registered.

What if I have a question about a specific product?

How much will it cost to ship my order?

Shipping charges are calculated based on order characteristics such as item weights, package sizes and delivery address.  The best way to determine how much it will cost to ship your order is to proceed to the checkout page, fill in your shipping information and click on continue.  Your shipping charges and any discounts will appear along with your order total.  You can always back out of the checkout process and revise your order.

Do you ship internationally?

No.  We currently only ship within the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska and Hawaii.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We only offer expedited shipping on a case by case basis.  If you wish to have your order shipped via an expedited shipping method (for example: Overnight or 2nd Day), please send an e-mail request to our customer support team and we will respond with availability and a quote if appropriate.  If you have already placed your order with us, please include your order number.  If you have not yet placed an order with us, then please include the item number(s) or SKU(s) for the item(s) that you wish to have expedited.  The item numbers can be located on the item detail page.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover).  We also accept PayPal.  We also accept checks or money orders when submitted along with our offline / fax order form.  Please note that orders paid by check will require longer processing time.

Are all items on your website available?

We make every effort to ensure that the items which appear on our website are available at the time that you place your order.  If an item is unavailable, we will notify you with an estimated time of availability (ETA) and give you the opportunity to cancel your order.  If an item is no longer available we will notify you as such and cancel your order for that item.

Do you take special large quantity orders on the items listed on your website?

Yes. We do accept large quantity orders and provide volume discounts for such orders. Please review our quantity discount program on our website for more information.

Do you have a printed catalog?

No.  We do not have a printed catalog.  We do our best to offer quality products at fair prices.  The cost of producing and maintaining a print catalog would require us to increase our prices.  We are constantly sourcing and adding new products to our product line.  Our website is the best place to go in order to see our current selection and pricing.

Do you charge sales tax?

Since we are a Pennsylvania business we charge sales tax on orders shipped to Pennsylvania as required by law.  We do not charge sales tax for orders shipped outside of Pennsylvania.

Do you sell wholesale?

No.  We do not sell to wholesale accounts.  We offer a wide variety of products which are manufactured or distributed by a number of resources.  We offer these products at a very competitive price which prohibits us from offering additional discounts to other retailers..

Is it safe to submerge the water pump?

Yes.  The water pump on our fountains are all UL listed which means that they pass stringent standards and testing to ensure safety.
